This website is operated by outerbox43, an ICT consultancy based at 67 Howe Street, Osborne Park WA 6017. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

• optionally, your company, phone number and area of interest; and
• the content of your message.

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to provide our services. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we will not add you to a mailing list without your consent.

Third-party services

To run this website we rely on a small number of trusted providers, which may process data outside Australia:

• Formspree delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
• Our website hosting provider may log technical data such as IP addresses for security and performance.
• Google Fonts and Google Maps provide our typefaces and office map; your browser connects to Google to load them.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
